Inter Milan claim they have first refusal on Mario Balotelli if Manchester City decide to sell him.
The 22-year old Italian striker has been heavily linked with AC Milan in recent months but the sporting director of his former club says the Nerazzurri are in pole position if he happens to be offloaded by City.
"It's true, Inter have first refusal right for Mario Balotelli. We will decide to exercise it just whether City will choose to selling him. Mario can play alongside any attacker," Inter's Pier Ausilio told Panorama.
