Inter must wait until next weekend against AC Milan to clinch the Scudetto, despite yesterday's 2-1 victory over Cagliari.

Roma's victory over Torino delays Inter celebrations and coach Roberto Mancini said: "It doesn't matter when we win it, just that we make the title ours.

"If it comes against Milan then that's fine, otherwise we'll try in the following two games."

Julio Cruz and Marco Materazzi struck for Inter and Mancini added: "They had two big opportunities that were created by our mistakes. This sort of game should be sealed up as quickly as possible and when you don't manage that there is always the danger your opponents can get back into it.

"I repeat, we did not do well in finishing off the match early, but we certainly weren't lacking chances to do so."
