Inter Milan are rivaling champions AC Milan for Porto striker Hulk.
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admitted interest in the Brazilian last week.
Porto would be willing to talk to Inter and director Piero Ausilio was spotted in the stands during the Europa League semi-final between Porto and Villarreal.
Hulk is one of the main reasons why his team have reached the Final and is wanted by numerous top clubs in Europe, earning him a 40m price-tag.
