Napoli striker Lorenzo Insigne hopes he impressed coach Rafa Benitez after scoring for Italy in defeat to Argentina.
Insigne is also hoping for more playing time at club level under new Napoli boss Benitez.
"Benitez is an excellent Coach and I certainly have much to learn from him, as he won so much and works well with young players.
"I didn't get to meet Leo Messi and it was a shame he wasn't here today, as I wanted to exchange shirts with him. I swapped shirts with my Napoli teammate Federico Fernandez instead.
"Obviously at Napoli we are very happy to have Higuain here, as he is a great striker and in the first few days of training we could already see what he is capable of.
"I think Higuain and Cavani are both great forwards, albeit different ones."
