Real Madrid's board may delay a decision over Zinedine Zidane's replacement until after the World Cup.
Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito de Jugones, revealed Spain coach Julen Lopetegui is gathering support inside Real.
"The board of Real Madrid is lost because none convinces them at all. They are playing the waiting game and for Julen Lopetegui to earn more credit, which is already enough.
"The capos of the locker room of Real Madrid want Lopetegui to come.
"If Spain falls in the first round, Lopetegui's options would be reduced to almost nothing."
