Scott Brown may not fully feature for Scotland in upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Wales and Belgium.
The Celtic captain has struggled with a hip injury in the early stages of this season with the problem forcing him out of Scotland's matches with Serbia and Macedonia in September.
It is that reason that Hoops boss Neil Lennon suggests midfielder Brown will not be able to appear in both fixtures for Craig Levein's team.
"I have spoken to Craig and he knows what the situation is," he said.
"He will go to Scotland and he will play but I don't know if he will be able to play the two games."
