Marouane Fellaini has been selected by Belgium for upcoming World Cup qualifiers despite sustaining a wrist injury for Manchester United on the weekend.

The 25-year old midfielder hurt his wrist in Saturday's 2-1 win at Sunderland and was expected to be sidelined for three weeks but is now in Marc Wilmots' roster for Friday's vital trip to Zagreb to meet Croatia and Tuesday's clash with Wales in Brussels.

It is believed that Fellaini may require surgery in the near future but is ok to play for both club and country for now.
