Beram Kayal's ankle injury is not as bad as initially feared according to Celtic manager Neil Lennon.
The Israeli midfielder had to be stretchered off late in last night's 1-0 win over Rangers following a challenge involving Lee McCulloch but Lennon has revealed he is ok after receiving a very heavy knock to his ankle.
"We're hoping he should be fit for Dunfermline on Monday.
"I thought Kayal was magnificent, a real catalyst for a lot of good stuff. He broke up the play, got us playing.""Kayal is okay, he caught his ankle a little bit in a full-blooded challenge," Lennon said.
