Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta was pleased with victory over Atletico Madrid in the first-leg of their Copa del Rey tie.
Messi hit the only goal of the game.
Iniesta said: "It's a good result, but we've got the return leg to go. It will be 90 intense minutes.
"We've put in a great shift against a team that's really difficult to overcome. We need to keep going like this. We're happy about the 1-0. Keeping a clean sheet is good, but it doesn't guarantee anything. We'll try and do things right in the return leg."
