Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta is out of Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final first leg against Arsenal.

The 25-year old was injured against Real Mallorca in the Spanish league on the weekend and will now miss the Gunners clash because of a hamstring injury.

It is a major boost for the Gunners who are sweating on the fitness of captain Cesc Fabregas after he picked up a slight knee injury in the 1-1 draw with Birmingham City on Saturday.
