"He helps at the back and also joins in up front. His ball control is especially good, and that's important in a position like his."
Iniesta added that the arrivals of Thierry Henry, Gabriel Milito and Eric Abidal will be pivotal to the club's bid to wrest the Spanish crown from arch rivals Real Madrid this season.
"They bring quality," Iniesta continued. "They have done well in their previous teams and are all internationals.
"They have won the lot between them and I hope they can help us to win things too."
