The Indonesian Football Association has backed Asian Football Confederation president Mohammed Bin Hammam in the election for the West Asian seat on FIFA's Executive Committee.
Bin Hammam is up against Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa of Bahrain for the seat and the Indonesians have leant their support to the AFC Boss.
"Mohammad bin Hammam already received our support when he came to Jakarta to open the PSSI National Congress two months ago," Indonesian chief Nurdin Halid told Goal.com.
"We know very little of Sheikh Salman, he has never been here. Therefore our support goes to Bin Hammam, who also backs Indonesia to host the World Cup in 2018 or 2022."
