Manchester United and Real Madrid hero David Beckham is wanted by Indian football.
The Irish Sun says he is being lined up to play in a football version of the megabucks IPL cricket league, which signs stars from round the world.
Becks, 38, has been approached along with former England teammate Michael Owen and ex-Spain legend Raul.
The franchise-based league of eight teams with 25-man squads would run from January 14 to March 13. And experts said Becks could easily pocket £1million for two months' work. A source said: "Basically Becks can charge whatever he wants. What he would do for the league in terms of international interest and publicity is priceless."
