Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince admits he's still to discuss a transfer budget with the board.

"I've not really spoken to the chairman about the amount of money I'll have to spend as yet," he told the Lancashire Telegraph. "The most important thing initially was to get the staff I wanted to bring in sorted out, and we've almost completed that now.

"When the chairman comes back off holiday we'll then sit down again and have another look at that."
