Swedish club IFK Gothenburg are eyeing a swoop for Sunderland winger Tobias Hysen.

The 25-year-old is concerned that he will not hold down a regular place with the Black Cats and has therefore opened the door for a possible exit.

"We have talked to Sunderland, but they don't want to sell," sports director Hakan Mild told Sportbladet.

"We are very interested in Hysen. He is now returning to England this week and his position at the club will be more clear."
