Chelsea great Pat Nevin says Antonio Conte needs just a few alterations to change the fortunes of the London club.

As the Blues prepare for the arrival of Conte following Euro2016, Nevin has identified the areas he feels the Italy boss needs to improve in order to return the Stamford Bridge outfit back to the top of the Premier League.

"You look around the Chelsea squad and there is a lot of very good players," he told the Daily Star.

"I expect they will spend money to get more good players in but the market is absolutely limited at the moment. Man United, City, Arsenal, everyone is chasing the same very small number of good players.

"He definitely needs two or three new players and needs more in defence but it's also about getting the best out of the players he's got there already.

"I reckon if he gets a new striker, gets the best out of Hazard, a bit more steal in midfield and maybe one more centre-back then Bob's your uncle."
