American sports executive Charlie Stillitano, the man behind pre-season tournament the International Champions Cup (ICC), wants Scottish rivals Celtic and Rangers to play each other at Wembley Stadium.
Rangers, who have earned promotion back to the Scottish Premier League, are set to resume their rivalry with Old Firm enemies Celtic from next season.
Stillitano believes that the tickets to the Old Firm derby at English football's headquarters at Wembley, as part of the pre-season tournament, will sell like hotcakes.
"The fact Rangers are back in their top league and playing Celtic on a regular basis gives the Scottish game one of the biggest fixtures in the world again," he said.
"Would we like them both involved in the International Champions Cup? Of course we would.
"If we can put on a Manchester derby in Beijing, we can put on a Glasgow derby. We also had Manchester United face Liverpool in the ICC (in 2014) in Miami.
"Wembley would be perfect for a Celtic-Rangers game. They would fill it out, 100 per cent and it would be fantastic, spectacular. It would be a personal goal of mine to do that."
