Vincenzo Iaquinta is delighted with the way he is now playing for Juventus.
The striker declared: "Proud. Satisfied. But I felt like a regular even when I was on the bench.
"If I stayed quiet, it's because I knew that when you play you have to also show you actually deserve to.
"I know that when all four of our strikers are fit there is no better attack in Italy and Europe," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 29-year-old had come very close to being sold in the January transfer window and is happy that he is now considered untouchable.
"It's wonderful. I am really pleased that we no longer speak about my departure. I have three years left on my contract and if they propose an extension I will sign it," he added.
