Palermo coach Beppe Iachini says they need to rethink their contract policy.

Iachini fears his squad being broken up this summer.

"For a while now it's been just transfer gossip and there's been far too much said around our team. We've lost important players too.

"There's no reason to get rid of players just because their contract is up for renewal. We could've done like Fiorentina with Neto, instead we gifted Munoz to Sampdoria and had the whole Barreto controversy. Barreto is pushing just as hard as he always did, but now every mistake is highlighted."
