Enigmatic Sunderland boss Paolo Di Canio admits he wouldn't mind ruining his suit trousers every weekend if it meant his side were winning.
The Italian manager slid across the turf at St James' Park to celebrate the Black Cats' second goal in their 3-0 win over Tyne-Wear derby rivals Newcastle United today and attended the post-match press conference with evidence of his slide for all to see.
But the former Swindon Town boss didn't mind: "It's the second pair of trousers have lost - but I would like to lose my trousers every weekend. I would lose all my money, to be honest.
"I wanted to go further, but I couldn't because I am too old. I have only 20 yards in my legs now - that's why I fell down."
