Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic says he will not be afraid to 'kick' Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy during Monday night's Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium.
Vardy is the Premier League's leading scorer with 14 goals in 15 appearances this campaign.
However, Ivanovic has revealed he is prepared to play rough in order limit the England international's influence on Monday night.
"If [kicking Vardy] helps, yes," Ivanovic said.
"Some of the strikers don't like [it] when you kick [them]. You kill their confidence.
"Vardy at the moment is running a lot and is making the space for other players as well. They are confident. I think it will be very hard."
