Although he conceded six goals in his side's trashing by Egypt, Niger goalkeeper Kassaly Daouda was more than pleased after the game.
The Chippa United keeper saved two penalty shots from Liverpool ace Mohamed Salah – in the first and 29th minute of the African Cup of Nations qualifier.
"I have entered history with two penalties against Salah," Daouda said after the game.
"Despite the success of Salah in the second kick, I am very happy with what I did. I will be proud and honored to be successful in front of my children."
The Reds' forward scored two goals nevertheless and had a man-of-the-match performance.
