I am playing with some of the best in the world at Liverpool - Ken

Liverpool youngster Ryan Kent claims that he has been given the chance to learn from some of the best players in the world.

The 19-year-old winger, who has been recently promoted to the first-team by manager Jurgen Klopp, has featured and impressed in pre-season friendlies against Fleetwood Town and Wigan Athletic.

The youngster has contributed with an assist in each of his appearances and plans to cement his spot in the first-team ahead of the 2016/17 season as he continues to learn from the likes of Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.

"I'm playing with some of the best players in the world and can take a lot out of it, not just on the field but off it as well," he told Liverpoolfc.com.

"The competitiveness in training is just as intense as it is on the field, so I'm taking a lot out of it.

"I'm just looking to keep on improving in pre-season, concentrate on my own game and try to impress the manager so I can keep my place in the squad."
