Aston Villa summer signing Alan Hutton is intent on repaying the faith shown in him by his new club.
The Scotland defender joined Villa from Tottenham on transfer deadline day and says he will give his all for the club as he gets set to reunite with former Rangers and Scotland boss Alex McLeish.
"It was massive, that was the whole thing about coming here. It is a new start for me but I have worked with him both at Rangers and with Scotland," he said.
"He knows how I play and how to get the best out of me. Overall it was an easy decision for me.
"I feel I still have a lot to give and a lot to offer to Villa."
Hutton is expected to line-up for Villa when they take on Everton at Goodison Park tomorrow.
