Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton looks to be on his way out as boss Paul Lambert left the full-back out of his squad for the tour of the United States. Villa fly out to Philadelphia on Monday afternoon as they prepare for games against the Union and two other MLS sides in the Chicago Fire and Portland Timbers.
