The former Rangers fullback told the Spurs website: "Everything in London has been wonderful. The boys have been great and I've got my own house now, so it's all back to normal for me.
"Spurs play good attacking football and I've settled into the team quite quickly, which has been really good for me.
"To win the cup when I first arrived was something special, and I came here because I wanted to progress as a player. Hopefully I can do that over the coming years.
"I want to keep improving as a player and us to keep improving as a team, which will bode well for next season."
