Huth delighted with Middlesbrough comeback game

Middlesbrough defender Robert Huth was delighted with his comeback game in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Arsenal.

Huth said: "It was mint to be back, I wasn't actually going to play but we had a few injuries.

"It's good to get the first game out of the way and I hope I can play many more before the end of the season."

Huth admitted he could have done better for Arsenal's opening goal, as gangly striker Emanuel Adebayor was allowed time and space to nod in a free header from a Cesc Fabregas corner with the Boro defence ball-watching.

"I think I got dragged in a bit too far, I don't know whether I got a touch on the ball, but it was a bad position," said the straight-talking stopper.

"We had a plan from the start, obviously that got shattered when we went 1-0 down, but we kept going, trying to do the right thing and we got the goal back."
