Hunt determined to find consistency with Wolves

Stephen Hunt is intent on staying injury-free so he can become a consistent performer for Wolves.

The 30-year old Republic of Ireland winger struggled to keep himself on the pitch last season because of a number of niggling injuries but is now ready to put his best foot forward for the Championship club under new manager Stale Solbakken.

"I've got a few things to bite my teeth into in terms of wanting to show what I can do on a consistent and long-term basis without picking up any injuries," Hunt told the club's official website.

"I know if I have that I know what Wolves will get. I'm here to show the manager what I'm capable of doing and myself more so.

"It doesn't make any difference to me if I'm into the last year of my contract. I'll always play the same way - even if I was out of contract, I'd continue to play the same way. That's the way I am."
