Stephen Hunt admits Wolves are not a happy camp.
Last week skipper Roger Johnson and keeper Wayne Hennessey clashed in the loss to Bolton.
Winger Hunt, out with a groin injury, said: "People go to work not getting on with work mates, you have arguments and that's the way it is.
"Last year, we all pulled the same way. This year, it's important we do the same. We need to stick together as a team."
Hunt also criticised the Wolves training regime.
He told the Sun on Sunday: "You don't flog a horse - you don't race him every day.
"We may have trained too hard, that's my view.
"But that has been addressed. Training has been a lot better. There are no complaints."
