Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels expects to join Manchester United this summer. Hummels is understood to have told his Germany teammates during the international break that a summer move to Old Trafford is on the verge of being agreed.

A source close to the Germany camp told the Mirror: "He is preparing his exit and he gave some of the players signs that his transfer is close."

Hummels declared last week he was ready to move abroad for next season.
