Hull's Mendy: Watching Arsenal like playing PlayStation

Ahead of their clash with Arsenal, Hull City midfielder Bernard Mendy admits he's delighted to be back in Premiership football.

The former Bolton wing-back told setantasports.com: "The most exciting moment of the season? It's playing Premier League football.

"But Arsenal are Arsenal and playing them is an immense pleasure, as I love Arsene Wenger. There are also plenty of French players there, so the prospect of being involved makes me happy.

"To be honest, I have no idea whether I'm going to play or not because I was off to France for three days this week because my wife delivered our beautiful daughter.

"I am part of the squad, but the manager is the one who decides and, of course, scoring to say hello to the world for Imane and celebrate her birth would be massive.

"No doubt we can take all three points there. We have nothing to lose against teams that play the Champions League.

"Watching Arsenal is like playing on a PlayStation. I love their football. Have you seen this (Aaron Ramsey) pass the other day (against Sheffield United)? It's amazing."
