Hull City are yet to secure promising youngster Josh Tymon to a new deal.
The 17-year-old, who is on academy wages of £150 per week, is eager for improved terms with the Tigers after appearing 11 times this season.
It is understood that Tymon, who is being watched by Liverpool, expects around £3,000 a week to agree a new deal with Hull.
The Humberside outfit are hoping to tie the left-back down, and the player himself is happy to stay, but is looking for a significant pay rise after impressing at senior level.
