After his winner against Espanyol on Saturday, United boss Sir Alex Ferguson declared he wanted to keep Campbell at Old Trafford this season.

But Tigers chairman Paul Duffen said: "We've always thought that Fraizer's a great talent and that's why we're interested in him.

"Personally I don't think it's over yet and certainly it will be done or not done within the next few weeks."
