Stephen Hunt has told Hull City boss Phil Brown to forget about resting him for their FA Cup tie with Wigan Athletic.

Tigers manager Phil Brown is expected to make sweeping changes to the starting 11 he has selected for City's last two league outings.

But Hunt told the Hull Daily Mail: "I like to play every game, but it's the manager's call. Whoever he picks, he picks.

"I don't mind playing so many games in such a short space of time.

"The Premier league is a brilliant competition to play in, but the FA Cup generates a different atmosphere which can be electric."
