Hull welcome Fenerbahce officials for Simon Kjaer talks

Hull City are plotting a sensational deal for Fenerbahce defender Simon Kjaer.

The Hull Daily Mail reports Tigers officials David Beeby and Bronwen Walker want to make an early break for the 28-year-old centre-back before the end of the season by flying to Istanbul.

With Marco Silva hoping to keep Hull up this season, he is eager to get a head start on the summer's transfer business, and Kjaer is a key target.

Turkish media have also reported that the club's officials are flying in to Istanbul tomorrow to get negotiations underway.

Kjaer has made 66 appearances for Fenerbahce since he joined them in July 2015.

He also has 59 international appearances for Denmark to his name, scoring three goals.
