Manchester City youngster Kelvin Etuhu is interesting Hull City.
The Hull Daily Mail says Tigers boss Nigel Pearson is keen on Etuhu as a replacement for crocked forward Cameron Stewart.
Etuhu, 22, who can operate as a striker or a winger, is believed to be under consideration for an emergency loan.
Hull will have to send Brad Guzan back to Aston Villa to free up a loan slot.
