Shane Long insists he will not worry about his contract with West Bromwich Albion until his agent informs him of a decent offer.
The Republic of Ireland international comes out of contract in the summer but has so far been unable to agree a new deal with the Baggies.
Long, who netted a double in Monday night's 2-2 West Midlands derby draw with Aston Villa, said he will leave the negotiations to his representative while he concentrates on his own form.
"I tell my agent not to get in touch with me unless there is something concrete. I let him do his job and he lets me concentrate on my football," he said.
"There are no developments yet. There are enough things to worry about on the pitch without worrying about things off it."
Long is believed to be after a long-term deal with Albion but is receiving plenty of interest from Hull City who are likely to make a decent proposal in January.
