Marlon King's £3m move from Wigan to Hull is in jeopardy over his £25,000-a-week salary.

Hull are unwilling to match that figure and hope Wigan owner Dave Whelan will sanction a lump sum payment to persuade King to leave just six months after signing from Watford for £5m, says the Daily Mail.
