Hull City striker Abel Hernandez has emerged as a surprise target for Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Hernandez has been widely tipped to make a return to Italy this summer, with Napoli recently expressing their interest in the striker.

In a surprise development though, it has now been claimed by the Birmingham Mail that even Wolverhampton Wanderers have joined in the race to sign the Uruguayan international.
