Hull City striker Caleb Folan says they can go a long way to assuring their survival with victory at Middlesbrough this weekend.
Folan, a veteran of a dramatic top-flight survival with Wigan in 2006/07, says the Tigers must not allow their current stranglehold to slip.
"Where we stand at the minute, it's entirely in our own hands," said Folan.
"As long as we can play to our best and pick up the points, we've got enough games and it's totally up to us.
"We still have that belief and I'm still confident that we'll be okay.
"No matter what happens, you just have to remain positive and keep your belief."
