Hull City will offer Georgios Samaras a pathway back to the Premier League in January according to reports.
It is believed that the Tigers will lodge a bid of £1million for the Celtic forward when the winter transfer window opens on Wednesday.
Samaras comes out of contract with the Glasgow giants at the end of the season and Hull hope their proposal will force a sale so the Bhoys at least don't lose him for free in the summer.
The 28-year old spent time with Manchester City between 2006 and 2008 before moving to Celtic Park six years ago.
