Hull City are set to tap Chelsea for loan additions next season.
The London Evening Standard says Leonid Slutsky will hope to use his strong relationship with Chelsea to sign some of their best young talent on loan — if he is appointed Hull's new manager.
The former Russia coach has a close bond with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and watched a number of the club's senior and academy games while looking for a job in this country.
Slutsky has been spending time at Chelsea since the New Year.
