Hull City defender Alex Bruce was full of praise for two of the clubs new summer signings.
The Tigers have captured Robert Snodgrass from Norwich City and Tom Ince from Blackpool in the summer transfer window and both featured in the second half of Thursday night's Europa League qualifying draw against AS Trencin.
Snodgrass and Ince entered after the hour-mark of the 0-0 draw with the Slovakians but their cameos were noted by Bruce when chatting to talkSPORT on Friday.
"I think he made a bit of a difference, he took us up the pitch last night and created a few openings and did very well. I think everyone has seen that they are two very good players," Bruce said.
"Snods has done very well at Norwich since he's been there and he was a very good player at Leeds as well and young Ince has a bright future ahead of him and you can see why with the ability he has got."
Snodgrass joined Hull for around £6million after spending two years at Norwich while Ince joined on a free transfer following almost three seasons at Blackpool which yielded 33 goals in 113 appearances. He spent part of last season on loan with Crystal Palace.
