Hull City hope to complete the signing of Evian striker Yannick Sagbo today.

The Daily Mail says Hull City manager Steve Bruce is on the verge of signing Sagbo for around £3m. He hopes the deal will be completed on Friday.

The 25-year-old former Monaco man has been given permission by his French club to speak to Bruce, who is on his way back from the Tigers' pre-season training camp in Portugal.

Sagbo is currently thought to be in East Yorkshire to agree personal terms and complete a medical.
