Premiership newboys Hull are closing in on signing striker Yannick Sagbo after French club Evian allowed him to speak to the Tigers. "We have authorised Yannick Sagbo to go to England to visit the facilities and meet the leaders of a club," Ligue 1 club Evian confirmed in a statement.
