Hull City owner Assem Allam is targeting Europe after winning Premier League promotion.

Allam only took over in 2010 and has now set his sights even higher as his club prepare for trips to Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge and Anfield next season.

"I would like to see European football here. That is my dream for the fans and it is achievable," he said.

"Obviously, it will be difficult finishing in the top four of the Premier League without massive spending but there will be chances in the cup competitions.

"I will sit down with Steve and the board and plan for the future. We are the only club in the Premier League from this part of the country and we want to stay there."
