Hal Robson-Kanu is set to join Premier League returnees Hull City.
Sky Sports suggests that the Tigers have given the Wales attacker assurances that he will be a first-team regular under Steve Bruce.
Robson-Kanu, 27, is a free agent after leaving Reading at the end of last season and is keen to make the move to the Premier League.
He was reportedly unhappy at being played out wide by the Royals last term and with Hull indicating he will be played as a striker, Robson-Kanu is open to making his way to the KCOM Stadium.
Uruguayan ace Abel Hernandez continues to be linked with a move away from Hull this summer and if that move occurs, Bruce could swoop for Robson-Kanu who starred for Wales at Euro2016.
