Hull City refuse to give up on Manchester City defender Joleon Lescott.
New West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine has confirmed they're in talks for the England defender.
However, the Hull Daily Mail says Hull were last night refusing to give up hope of landing Lescott.
Sources in the West Midlands have suggested that Lescott could undergo a medical with the Baggies as early as today, a development that is known to have taken City officials by surprise in the last 24 hours.
