Hull City assistant boss Brian Horton intends to make his complaint against Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas official.

Horton has contacted the League Managers' Association after allegedly being spat at by Cesc.

Horton said: "I am speaking to the LMA and want to take this further."

A statement released on the LMA's official website on Wednesday afternoon would seem to suggest that we have certainly not heard the end of the furore.

The statement read: "The LMA can confirm that Brian Horton has made contact regarding incidents surrounding Hull City's sixth Round FA Cup match against Arsenal at The Emirates Stadium on Tuesday night.

"As the incidents fall firmly within the jurisdiction of the Football Association, who are making their investigations in the prescribed manner, neither the LMA nor Brian Horton will be making any further comment at this time."
