Hull City are eyeing a surprise move for Derby County striker Conor Sammon.
The Tigers are turning to Sammon after pulling out of a deal for Hull City goalscorer Charlie Austin.
Sammon, 26, joined the Rams from Wigan in 2011 and hit eight goals for them last season. A £2 million bid from Hull is being mooted.
